Do you think that Schedule of account could be a synonym of Chart of accounts (Plan comptable), or should it be translated as "Tableau de comptes" ?

Explanation:
Schedule of account (singular) seems to imply when the balance sheet is prepared and for what period. If it had been in the plural then I would agree with "tableau de comptes". . . . .

disagree  DadK: Un software travaille sur le principe de 'chart of accounts'; donc, ici il serait peut-etre mieux de parler en terme de nomenclature. Le tableau ... est normalement reservé pour illustrer un travail achevé
