Whilst I agree with Ira's suggestions, I didn't manage to find a 'Prix de La Citoyennete', instead, I found 'Trophée de l'Engagement civique' mentioned a few times in various places

'Le Prix du Jeune Citoyen' also exists, if that's appropriate in your context
