Tribunal administratif Explanation: En France, le tribunal en charge du contentieux administratif est le tribunal administratif. Ce lien explique bien l\'organisation des tribunaux en Espagne. Central veut dire de compétence nationale. En France cette répartition des compétences régions / Etat n\'existe pas au niveau du pouvoir judiciaire, tout est centralisé et étatique. |
