Having a really hard time with this one. This is for a motor yacht, a personal pleasure craft. Seems to be related to anchoring and the prow, but beyond that I have no idea. Any ideas?

Here's what the dictionary says http://www.diccionarionautico.org/definicion-significado/del...
Is it some kind of pulley?
S Ben Price (asker) Feb 12, 2014:
More information OK. I know WHAT it is, just not what it is called. It is the railing on the bow of the boat, a small V shaped rail only on the bow.

I'm having trouble finding 'delfinera', but going on the information you have provided, I think this must be right.
