In order/has consent Explanation: Basing my answer on the same article mentioned by Juan Arturo, https://lopezabogados.org/web/fuera-de-ordenacion-que-es/ I'd use the term "in order" meaning that formerly the building was not within planning regulations, but now it has consent from the authorities. planning permission / developmental approval Explanation: Having looked at the reference Jane posted in the discussion (thanks, Jane!), I think it might be possible to translate it like this, with the caveat that as she says, we don't have an equivalent system. Perhaps it would be a good idea to use "consolidado" and explain it in brackets as a type of "developmental approval". Planning permission or developmental approval refers to the approval needed for construction or expansion (including significant renovation) in some jurisdictions.[1][2] It is usually given in the form of a building permit (or construction permit). Generally, the new construction must be inspected during construction and after completion to ensure compliance with national, regional, and local building codes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planning_permission |
