The word DO was capitalized by the client, it is isn't a typo as I have had this phrase form this same customer before before. I think that the customer is trying to emphasise that their client is the one to choose what is best for him.

Emphasis The 'DO' appears to be for emphasis (if it isn't a typo). I think the only way you could capture that would be to capitalize 'client', as in 'with focus on the CLIENT'. However, 'client-focused' has the advantage that it's a recognizable phrase that people are already sensitized to, so I think it's better. My advice: forget the caps.

Based on your explanation, Mike, I am posting this answer. It wouldn't work in English to just emphasize the preposition. The caps may emphasize the client a little more, but if you put 'ON THE CLIENT' it begins to look like shouting.

I still have no problem with Claudio's answer, but this may be more in keeping with your client's wishes.

Sorry, I don't agree with your disagree; there would be no point in emphasizing 'of' -- for many linguistic reasons. (Sorry about the "con" -- I'm doing a large project in Spanish right now.)
