German term

Was(s)erforschen

German to English Marketing Linguistics play on words
Auf dem schwer umkämpften deutschen Mineralwassermarkt fördert der Betrieb das Modellprojekt *"Was(s)erforschen"* mit der deutschen Kinder- und Jugendstiftung.

Any ideas or just circumscribe it?

Übersetzung schlecht möglich, man kann den Inhalt so nicht im EN wiedergeben. Ich wäre auch für eine Erläuterung.

I'm not sure what you mean by circumscribe, but you shouldn't translate it. You should add a sentence or two explaining the name.

Nice pun, I think.

Alternatively, I also thought of "Aquanalysis." But there are several companies by that name. Found one other example of how this has been used in an imaginative way, though:

"Take advantage of a free “Aquanalysis,” during which your child’s skills will be assessed and any parental concerns will be discussed." https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?id=200592980042292&st...
