German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Services Agreement
Auf Wunsch wird der dann anfallende Aufwand gegen Erstattung der ihm dadurch entstehenden etwaigen effektiven Kosten zuzüglich den vorher vereinbarten HU beglichen.

What does "HU" stand for here, please? I guess it's Haupt- something, but Haupt- what?

Thanks for any help. I'm sure I'm missing something straightforward!

Thanks. Overheads was my first thought, but am not a native speaker and was not sure whether it should be overheads or overhead. So I went for overhead costs to avoid the issue..
