"Bound" with leather seems to fit, but strictly speaking, a "sangle" is a strap - you could hardly say "strapped with leather", though! "With leather straps" might work.

It literally means "strapped in leather", but obviously that doesn't work in the context. What you use depends vastly on what the chair looks like. If it consists of a frame covered in leather, then I'd use "encased". If it is soft, i.e. upholstered, then you could use something like "upholstered in luxurious leather".

: If this is the case, I'd go for 'with/of woven leather straps" / The leather itself is not woven, the straps are though. Interwoven if you prefer.

Thanks Kate. If you look at the photos you'll see that the straps on the Marcel Breuer chair are not woven.
