@Fabienne You could maybe say "wring gently" or "wring lightly," but you have to be careful with the verb "wring," because it sometimes implies that a bit of force is involved. If the garment in question is truly delicate, then wringing it may not be appropriate. You wouldn't want to wring wool garments, for example. Perhaps you could safely go with the shorter phrase "gently remove water."
