Article 6 – Liabilities and Force Majeure. X hereby states that, taking into account the characteristics of the Web, such as free downloading of circulated information and the difficulty, even impossibility, of controlling the use to which information might be put by 3rd parties, it may not be held responsible for any ill-intentioned or damaging use of such information that is not of its doing.
