lead qualifié

Prospect chaud, c'est correct, mais l'usage est moins fréquent. Prospect qualifié pourrait marcher, mais je dirais plutôt lead qualifié. L'usage est très fréquent.

neutral GILLES MEUNIER : un lead, c'est un prospect. Ce que vous traduisez est qualified lead. On distingue 3 catégories pour un prospect : froid, tiède, chaud donc ça me semble important d'utiliser ces adjectifs......

Un lead n'est pas exactement un prospect, un prospect est plus avancé. On pourrait éventuellement dire "lead chaud", mais je pense qu'il faut en tout cas garder lead.

disagree Jonathan Neve : A hot lead is not a client yet, nor necessarily ready to buy, as would be implied by "prospect mûr". It's still just a lead, it's hot in that there is a reason to believe that they might be interested, but they're not about to buy yet.
