sysselsättningsgrad I should think syss.grad is sysselsättningsgrad in the the sense used by A-kassan here: https://www.unionensakassa.se/pagaende-ersattning/kassakort/...
Now to think of a translation! The usual translation of "employment rate" wouldn't really work here, since we are talking about an individual's actual working hours as a percentage of full time hours.

For sysselsätningsgrad -- refers to the % work level this employee is at, as in full time vs. part-time (75%, 50%, etc.). 'Interim' likely refers to something like 'current', or 'as of' the date of the payslip. Looks like this person has been working 100%, but you see more than I do.
