I would like confirmation of what is meant by "cancelacion de credito" - I know "cancelacion" can be "pay off" or "write off" in English... or something else? which one is it in this case? This is from a govt doc in Mexico RE: regulation on tariffs. Below is the paragraph where it appears:
Por la inscripción o cancelación de contratos de crédito a la producción, los derechos a pagar, de acuerdo a su monto, serán los siguientes: no obstante lo que dispone el primer inciso del artículo 50-A.
