I've been translating "corteza de cerdo" as "pork scratchings" (Br Eng), but I'm not sure about "chicharricos". Anyone know what these are called? TIA!

I would suggest using the two terms - pork scratchings (UK) and pork rinds (US) to differentiate the 2 products - as I understand it the Corteza would be more the fried outside skin (use pork rinds here)whilst the chicharricos would have a little more fat included as well as the rind (use scratchings here)- I don't think we really distinguish between the 2 products but by employing the 2 terms you might convey the right idea.
