this is a spotter's remark. Spotters ae a race apart and the only people sadder than they are are the translators that get to render their jottings into normal language... I understand that this concerns an An-26 aeroplane registered 71385 which took off from Surcin on 14 Aug 99, but thereafter I lose the plot...

Selected

August 14th, 1999. An-26 71385 Airport of Surčin landing without LG extended

No sadness at all, dear Sir ... sometimes it happens you can discover an ATP license in a translator's home :-).

You're right ... An-26 is a twin prop aircraft, in the category of Dash-7 or similar , and Surčin is a name of the village where the international Airport of Belgrade was built.

ST = abbr. for STAJNI TRAP = LANDING GEAR
accordingly
LG would be "landing gear"

I've translated this WYSIWG ... and presumably you can use :
"Surčin belly landing"

And that's it.
