Abdominal ultrasound
Hello again
I am now translating an abdominal ultrasound concerning a man with abnormal rotation of the left kidney and hydronephrosis of the right kidney.
Diagnosis of obstruction of the pelvicalyceal junction
Here is the context:
Raison: Douleur abdominal au niveau hypochondre droit depuis 2 mois, augmentée e P.C. [note: "e P.C." is how it appears in the report)
Constatations radiologiques:
Le foie est d'aspect normal ainsi que la vésicule, les voies biliaires, le pancréas et la rate.
Le rien droit siege en position normale et mesure 12.1 cm de longueur. Le rein gauche est apparemment fusionné au pole inférieur du rein droit...
(also a case of crossed fused renal ectopia)
Thank you!

I suspect that "e" should be "en" (typo), hence "en p.c." or "more intense or worse after a meal".
Note from asker:
Hi, what does the P.C. stand for in French? |
