I am translating a medical claim from Switzerland. Under the "description" heading for diagnosis-related groups (DRG), is the following description:
Autres diagnostics du système circulatoire, sans cc.

Does anyone know what the "cc" stands for?

Ok, thanks, I used medical as the main subject and insurance as sub because it's for medical insurance purposes. And I found the same document in our reference, but it doesn't do me much good if I don't know what "cc" stands for, that is my questions. Thanks!

I'm taking the liberty of changing the subject field.
Here's an example - the different conditions are followed by 'avec cc" or "sans cc".

This sounds like medical rather than insurance in which case you should change the subject fields, to get answers from translators who filter down to such fields
