From a customer satisfaction survey. I understand "flux tendu"... I'm just not sure how best to translate "grâce à l’organisation dédiée".

Context? Probably depends a bit on what your overall context is... I suspect the translation of the word 'organisation' itself may well depend on just what sort of organisation it is referring to...
