Talking about a 'travelling beam crane'. The other expression used in the same document is 'poutre de roulement', which I'm assuming is the same thing?
It's in a list of specifications i.e. Portée poutre de roulement, Portée faisceau de roulement. Do I need to distinguish between the two?
Thx

Comment construire des Ports de voiture

Unable to find an appropiate translation, but I think that 'portée' is the main term, which should not be excluded for translation.
Your crane may be supported on bogies with several wheels, each supported by roller bearings.

Discussion
If I enter "grue faisceau roulement", Goggle returns a lot of references from China, which I would not trust in terms of terminology.
Is your text also from China? Then it may deal with overhead travelling cranes (pont roulants) indeed. 'faisceau' may then refer to the trailing cable.
If latter is correct, than we have two different items, travelling beam (poutre de roulement) and trailing cable (faisceau de roulement, better: 'câble pendentif').

So it may just be the Travelling Beam Span/ Range.
