UU Explanation: El "medio Oeste" es el "centro norte de EE. UU."... no estoy seguro de que "Medio Oeste" le comunique al lector de habla hispana con claridad meridiana... por lo menos "centro norte de EE. UU." aunque "impreciso", le da la idea adecuada... Por otra parte, "relentless" puedes ser "implacable" o "inexorable", pero en contexto, creo que "incesante" va mejor... puesto que ese "flujo constante" se ve interrumpido por el huracán de 1926 mencionado...
