If the Agreement is so terminated then subject to the transfer to X of the benefit referred to in Clause 6 below X shall pay to the Supplier such reasonable sum as may be agreed between the parties in respect of costs incurred and commitments already entered into by the Supplier at the date of the Force Majeure notice, less the amount of any payments already made to the Supplier at the date of the Force Majeure notice.
