Il s'agit ici d'un examen des compétences (Competency Review). Le texte se divise en trois "items" : "fundamental" "intermediate" et "strenght".

Dans la partie "fundamental", on a par exemple :
"FUNDAMENTAL
Works with teams to accomplish goals and objectives; team player
Selects good people for current positions; ensures current capabilities meet business requirements"

et dans la partie "intermediate", on a par exemple :
INTERMEDIATE
Builds effective teams; drives success of teams through effective team interactions
Is a good judge of talent; matches skills and abilities with needs of the organization.

Comment comprenez-vous "fundamental" et "intermediate" dans ce contexte ?

J'ai pour l'instant opté pour "Éléments clés" (items)
"Fundamental" = Points essentiels"
"Intermediate" = "Points intermédiaires"
"Strenght" = "Points forts"
