Company registration details are to me those held by the authority responsible for company registration (Handelsregister or Comanies House in the UK). These include a variety of things (registered office, registration number, maybe telephone numbers, VAT number), but not bank accounts, I think.
I would keep it with (registered) company details.

Sorry, Barend, that simply isn't true. It's a normal, everyday phrase that could be used in many contexts. A native speaker wouldn't even bother to Google it as you seem to have done.
