Discussion

Kirsten Bodart Jun 19, 2014:
Company registration details are to me those held by the authority responsible for company registration (Handelsregister or Comanies House in the UK). These include a variety of things (registered office, registration number, maybe telephone numbers, VAT number), but not bank accounts, I think.
I would keep it with (registered) company details.
Michael Beijer (asker) Jun 18, 2014:
hmm I know how much people hate it when I do this, but I am going to do it anyway … ‘Company Registration Details’ perhaps? Nice example here: http://www.dbs.ie/company-registration-details

There's an exact English equivalent, so you might as well use it.
Note from asker:
Ha ha, good point. Sorry, not paying attention before posting, as usual.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Barend van Zadelhoff : In the UK mainly used for schools. See for yourself, then try my suggestion. Also, without context a rather broad notion. // This is what I say, less specific than my suggestion, without context it can mean a number of things.

Sorry, Barend, that simply isn't true. It's a normal, everyday phrase that could be used in many contexts. A native speaker wouldn't even bother to Google it as you seem to have done.
