I am not sure how I should translate the "aansluiting".

correct This thought occurred to me too. Its a reconciliation of the WB base and the BBO base, rather than the taxes themselves. So - perhaps more correctly - my answer might be 'reconciliation of profits tax base and turnover tax base'.

In the form I linked to in my answer, it seems the BBO base is being calculated based upon the WB base, as opposed to a comparison of the two being made and the difference needing to be accounted for, as Chris describes in his answer.

That notwithstanding, section 41 of "my" form doesn't calculate the actual BBO, but the turnover on which BBO will be levied, so my translation is not accurate.

Sales tax owed

"Aansluiting WB en BBO" is a term used by the Aruban tax authority (belastingdienst) - see section 41 in the link below.

Judging from that form, the term refers to computing the company's sales tax owed based on its profits (modified by several other points--the profit not subject to sales tax, etc).
