The research shows that "Private" or "Soldier" is the equivalent of عسكري, while the equivalent of أفراد is "Personnel". What about the singular فرد? is it the same as عسكري? Thx

Sure:) here are a couple of examples لا يحق للفرد تجميع بدل الطريق ويسقط حقه في حال عدم الاستفادة منه خلال ذات السنة.
يستحق الفرد من الإناث متى توفي عنها زوجها إجازة براتب شامل لمدة أربعة أشهر وعشرة أيام من تاريخ الوفاة.
يجوز ترفيع الفرد إلى الرتبة المقابلة للشهادة العلمية التي يحصل عليها بالشروط والضوابط التي يصدر بها قرار من رئيس الأركان.
