It's a computer print out of a divorce court record, for an upcoming court case. It just has bare details like date/location/time of the hearing.

Thank you Awadh - there isn't really any more context - this just appears at the botttom of the page, like a page number. Before it says: Date of next [court] session, then some blank lines, then this mysterious phrase.
