Mensaje de erro al exportar archivo de Memoq

Buenas tardes,
acabo de terminar de traducir un archivo en Memoq, y al intentar exportarlo me da el siguiente mensaje de error:

CALL STACK:
en MemoQ.Common.LanguageDetection.LanguageDetection.DetectLanguage(String text)
en MemoQ.Project.ProjectOperations.LanguageDetectionJob.DoJob()
en MemoQ.Common.Job.JobBase.Execute(Object o)

No encuentro ninguna información al respecto. He pensado... See more

No encuentro ninguna información al respecto. He pensado que era un problema con el programa pero al hacer una prueba con otro archivo lo exporta sin problemas. Cabe aclarar que la prueba es con un archivo en formato word y el del error es un zip, que tuve que descomprimir, si bien al hacerlo tiene el formato correcto para Memoq, es decir XLF.
Alguien puede ayudarme?
