Recently finished a huge job, one month working on the entire manufacturing documentation of a cancer drug for an Israeli company who needed it for certification. Highly technical forms with details filled in by hand. It involved complex interactions with the client and the agency, especially over formatting issues. Fortunately at the end the client wrote to say how happy they were with it.
