|Angelika Zerfass, a translator for Chinese/Japanese/German by training worked as a training and support specialist for Trados from 1997 to 2000. During that time, she was responsible for training, presentation and technical support for Trados tools used at Microsoft Japan and later in the US. Since 2000 she is a freelance trainer and consultant for translation tools, based in Bonn, Germany. She speaks frequently at conferences like Localization World and tekom as well as workshops like the Localization and Project Management Certification Workshops.|

István has a degree in economics, a postgraduate degree in translation and interpreting, and a PhD in translation studies. His extensive experience of CAT tools and localization lead him to progressively focus his career to consulting on workflows and CAT tools.
