    no problem with surrendering IP of translation to client. Forcing us to do same with TMs is unfair. Sep 26, 2012

    Of course, such a clause is also included in the contract we sign; but if this has to be, supposedly to ensure the total confidentiality of the contents processed, then shouldn't the supply of such deliverables that could not be produced by the translator without a substantial CAT investment should, at least, be compensated for? They are not.
