My goal is to provide clear, accurate medical translations geared to
the proper audience. As a retired medical doctor with 31 years of
experience in family practice in the
suburban Philadelphia area, I am familiar with appropriate terminology usage for
America English used in medical letters, reports, conferences, journals,
pharmaceutical reports and in communications with patients. Born in Georgia,
USA, my native tongue is English. I have a rich, varied background of education
and experience that adds depth and breadth to my knowledge of English. I have been certified in German to English translation by New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies
in 2008. Quality and accuracy are my
primary objectives in translation. Book translation credits include: - Functional Anatomy for Physical Therapists by Jutta Hochschild,
- Clinical Tests for the Musculoskeletal System by Klaus and Johannes Buckup,
- Breast Cancer: Diagnostic Imaging and Therapeutic Guidance by Uwe Fischer, et al., and
- Manual Trigger Point Therapy by Roland Gautschi.
