Quality Policy

From our experience in dealing with very strict client, we came to a conclusion that every job should pass through at least two or three phases. The first phase is the translation which is assigned to a translator according his experience and the job is done by one translator only. We do our best not to assign single job to different translators as this in my view undermine the quality. The second phase (Review) is done by different person (Reviewer) who has more experience in the field. The third phase can be added to the process according to the materials and upon request from the clients if necessary.

We are capable of using many translation tools professionally including:

Trados, SDLX, SDL Trados Studio 2009, Trados Studio 2011, WordFast, Microsoft Locstudio and Helium, Oracle Hyperhub, Alchemy Catalyst.


One of my team members is SDL Certified and we share knowledge with each other.
