Source text - English How to do drop offs:
1. As you approach the drop look well ahead and scope out the landing. Keep the bike rolling at a steady speed and don’t brake. If you’re not going to commit to the drop stop now before it is too late. It's impossible to stop in the air.
2. As the drop gets closer use your arms and legs as suspension and gently compress the bike.
3. Just before you leave the edge, lean back and release the compression using your arms, legs and the suspension fork to lift the front wheel into the air and away from the ledge. Your weight should now be well over the back wheel as your legs straighten and push backward to force the bike forward and off the ledge.
4. As you are in the air spot your landing and keep the front end up. Aim to touch down the back wheel first (this means you won’t fly over the bars) and soak up the compression with your legs and arms. Don’t just rely on the suspension to do this for you.
5. Keep looking up ahead for obstacles.
Translation - Russian
