I am a technical translator specialising in Pharmaceutical and Patent translations and registered as self-employed in Spain. A bilingual speaker of both English and Spanish, I have both a technical and a linguistic background.
I studied Ecology with Biology at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, and after graduating I travelled the world as an English Teacher for several years. I have also studied languages intensively and am fluent in both French and Portuguese.
I started in Industrial Property translation as an in-house translator for the translation agency Vivanco y García, which specialises in Pharmaceuticals, Patents and Industrial Property.
Over the years I have worked for many agencies and pharmaceutical companies as a specialised translator in Life Sciences, Patents and Industrial Property.
In the business sector, I have translated all kinds of presentations, technical manuals and catalogues.
