Source text - English NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual agreements, covenants, representations and warranties contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
1. This Agreement shall take effect and shall become an integral part of, and the Investor shall become a party to and bound by, the Stockholders’ Agreement and Rights Agreement immediately upon execution and delivery to the Company of this Agreement.

The Investor hereby acknowledges, agrees and confirms that, by its execution of this Agreement, the Investor will be deemed to be a party to the Stockholders' Agreement and Rights Agreement and an "Investor" for all purposes of the Stockholders' Agreement and Rights Agreement, and shall have all of the obligations of an Investor thereunder as if it had executed the Stockholders' Agreement and the Rights Agreement. The Investor agrees to be bound by all of the terms, provisions and conditions contained in the Stockholders' Agreement and the Rights Agreement.
3. The Investor acknowledges and confirms that it has received a copy of the Stockholders' Agreement and the Rights Agreement and the Exhibits thereto. The information on the Stockholders' Agreement and the Rights Agreement have been amended to provide the information shown on Exhibits.
