I'm a certified English Teacher and an EN-ES Sworn Translator, with a
Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). This
four-year-training was oriented towards the study and translation of legal
documents, as well as the analysis and translation of academic papers.                                                                            

Nevertheless, I've always been more inclined to the area of audiovisual
translation, localization of webpages, educational platforms, and games in
general. Indeed, I've been driven to attend several courses related to these
areas of knowledge ever since. Constant training has undoubtedly given me not
only wider technical knowledge but also the necessary tools to deliver a
high-quality final product.

Working as a freelancer for clients across the world in different fields
has given me the experience and enthusiasm to keep on developing and exploring
new areas of knowledge such as social sciences and wellness.                               

Apart from translating, my ten-year-experience as an ESL Teacher led me
to the enriching opportunity to take my teaching career to the next level by providing
linguistic assistance to business companies. 

I believe that one of the most important aspects of my job is that it
connects cultures at every level. My key professional values include effective
communication with clients and long-term collaboration with colleagues.
