E’ a Voi imputabile l’immissione sul mercato di veicoli con vizi e difetti costruttivi idonei a provocare ingenti danni a carico degli acquirenti e degli utenti della strada (non si osa immaginare cosa potrebbe accadere se l’autovettura in oggetto si arrestasse bruscamente e senza motivo alcuno a velocità maggiore: perdita di controllo del mezzo con coinvolgimento di altri veicoli e soggetti etc.).
Ad oggi e nonostante le segnalazioni da Voi ricevute non avete provveduto a richiamare tali veicoli né ad eseguire i necessari interventi per eliminare in modo definitivo le problematiche (gravissime) riscontrate.
Mi chiedo quale garanzia possa oggi offrire il marchio Volkswagen ai propri clienti atteso quanto sopra.
La mia Cliente ha chiesto e continua a richiedere la sostituzione dell’autovettura acquistata con altra analoga ma senza il sistema di frenata assistita ma ad oggi le sue richieste sono rimaste del tutto inattese e viene ribadita, in modo del tutto assurda ed immotivata, la sicurezza della stessa.

Sie sind für das Inverkehrbringen von Fahrzeugen mit Mängeln und Konstruktionsfehlern verantwortlich, die den Käufern und Verkehrsteilnehmern erhebliche Schäden zufügen können (man kann sich nicht vorstellen, was passieren würde, wenn das betreffende Fahrzeug abrupt und ohne Grund bei einer höhere Geschwindigkeitanhält: Verlust der Fahrzeugkontrolle durch Einbeziehung anderer Fahrzeuge und Subjekte usw.).
Bisher haben Sie diese Fahrzeuge trotz der erhaltenen Meldungen nicht zurückgerufen oder die erforderlichen Maßnahmen ergriffen, um die (sehr schwerwiegenden) aufgetretenen Probleme endgültig zu beseitigen.
Ich frage mich, welche Garantie die Marke Volkswagen heute ihren Kunden bieten kann.
Mein Kunde hat angefordert und setzt den Ersatz des Autos mit anderen ähnlichen, aber ohne das assistierte Bremssystem gekauft, aber seine Anfragen sind völlig ignoriert geblieben bis heute und dseto wird es kraftig bestätigt, völlig absurd und unmotiviert, die volle Sicherheit vom betroffenen Auto.
