Source text - English Ratings are a critical part of the success of the business model of Talanx AG and its solo companies. Group strategy therefore explicitly seeks an "AA" rating in the capital model of the rating agency Standard and Poor's for Talanx Group.
In order to present a uniform and realistic external picture of Talanx Group to the rating agencies we require a common interface which is responsible for the implementation of those targets. This role to co-ordinate communication for and with the rating agencies rests with the Department TX-IR, within the Group the department acts additionally as "Center of Competence". It supports the business units in all rating issues and is in charge of assuring consistency of communication with the rating agencies. Furthermore the department encourages high premium and professional appearance of presentations in content, language and layout.
The present work instruction establishes a binding communication process between Talanx and the rating agencies and regulates the tasks as well as the responsibilities of the units involved within Talanx Group.

Source text - English A prerequisite for compliance with the delivery period or delivery date is the complete technical and commercial clarification on the part of both contractual partners, as well as proper performance of your cooperation and other obligations. The period of delivery or date of delivery shall be extended in a reasonable way if a delay occurs as a consequence of force majeure, labour conflicts or other circumstances for which we are not responsible.
Any modifications requested by the Buyer subsequent to conclusion of the contract, shall require agreement, in particular in respect of adaptation of prices and deadlines affected by same.
Commissioning - depending on the complexity of the installation - may take up to eight (8) weeks. Prior to the expiry of this period Buyer is entitled to set subsequent periods only if an justified interest exists, and you will exert the legal consequences which may derive from this in the event of our non-compliance with the deadline, only if a largely predominant interest exists. Buyer shall notify the Seller within thirty (30) days from the end of the subsequent deadline whether and which legal consequences you shall claim.

Qualora dovesse verificarsi un ritardo dovuto a forza maggiore, conflitti di lavoro o altre circostanze per le quali non siamo responsabili, il termine di consegna o la data di consegna devono essere estesi in modo ragionevole.
Eventuali modifiche richieste dall'Acquirente successivamente alla conclusione del contratto, richiedono un accordo, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'adeguamento dei prezzi e le scadenze interessate dalle stesse.
La messa in servizio, a seconda della complessità dell'installazione, può richiedere fino a otto (8) settimane. Prima della scadenza di questo periodo, l'Acquirente ha il diritto di fissare periodi successivi solo se sussiste un interesse giustificato e voi potrete esercitare le conseguenze giuridiche che potrebbero derivare in caso di mancato rispetto della scadenza, solo se sussiste in larga misura un interesse predominante. L'Acquirente comunicherà al Venditore entro trenta (30) giorni dalla scadenza del termine successivo se e quali conseguenze giuridiche reclamerete.
