Bio
Holding a Master's degree Translation and having
worked professionally in the translation and revision field for the last ten
years, I fully believe I am qualified to fill the post of translator/proofreader.

Indeed, my academic studies have allowed me to gain excellent translation
skills with three languages Arabic, French and English. Furthermore, I have
taken courses on interdisciplinary topics, such as health and safety
supervising skills, international political studies, communication skills,
cultural diplomacy, humanitarian law, and UN diplomatic protocol.

In addition, my professional experience should also prove to be helpful to work
in multilingual documentation and revision/translation field. I believe that my
time spent in the General Secretariat of the Government (Presidency of the
Republic) and the Prime minister's office is particularly relevant since I have
experienced the actual work of the institutional translation, revision
standards, and interpreting. In particular, I was able to translate and revise,
often under tight schedules, texts of sensitive, complex and technical nature,
covering a broad range of subjects, with highest standards of accuracy,
consistency and faithfulness to the spirit, style and nuances of the original
text.

I also contributed ,and still, to the translation of different United Nations
documents, such as the translation of
the web content of the United Nations Information
Center (UNIC) in Algiers, the Yearbook Express of the United Nations 2012, and
other documents related to different UN agencies and NGOs (UNICEF, FAO, WFP, UN
Academic Impact website, German
Development Institute
, and Global Alliance of National Human Rights
Institutions, and UNDP Global Programme on Nature for Development, UNDP Jordan,
UNDP Tunisia, UNDP  Libya, 28 TooMany,
Defence for Children International, Objectif
Science International, UN Saudi Arabia). Thus, I hold  a strong experience working with the United
Nations Multilingual Terminology Database.
