I am a
native Portuguese speaker from Brazil. My translation language
combination is: EN <>PTbr. My fluent English comes
as a result of an extended period of studying, teaching and working as an
English teacher and a Postgraduation
Couse in Translation (ISO 17.100). While working I have acquired vast
experience in a wide variety of situations and subjects.

I hold Post
graduation degree in Real Estate Law (from Estacio University - São
Paulo, Brazil), and a B.A. Bachelor
Degree in Law (from UFF - Universidade Federal Fluminense), Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil. In addition, I have a Certificate in English, awarded by the CCAA
English Course (Centro de Cultura Anglo Americana). I am always attending
workshops on translations and refreshers courses as the Industrial Property
Course I attended this year.

I have
excellent translation skills, and experience in the legal and business fields,
since I have already worked as a lawyer and as an Administrative Assistant at a
Law Department in a bank. I am hard working, reliable, committed to the work. I understand that quality is a must and
that it is important to prioritize customer needs, as it is to achieving
project goals and deadlines.

My area of
expertise includes a broad range of fields such as law, social issues, portfolios,
reports, marketing, games, etc. And I also like the themes: arts, tourism,
games, advertising, business
proposals, websites, contracts and literature. I usually work with the
following Cat tools: Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast or
whatever you need.
