O sorteio dos quartos-de-final com o Liverpool seria sempre difícil, já que é uma equipa muito forte. Foram vice-campeões na Liga dos Campeões na última temporada e estão a lutar pelo título de campões na Premier League, nesta temporada.
O Porto já enfrentou o Liverpool nesta competição nas últimas temporadas, perdendo por 5 a 0 em casa, antes de empatar a zero fora de casa. Isto é apenas um indicativo do que o FC Porto tem pela frente.
O jogo da primeira mão disputou-se recentemente em Anfield, com o Liverpool a vencer, por 2 a 0, com golos de Naby Keita e Roberto Firmino. Foi um resultado decepcionante para o FC Porto, que sofreu um golo logo no início do encontro.

How to make it profitable, how to avoid pitfalls and getting
Into trouble.
First of all, Daycare Centers are used mostly by fairly new mothers. You are going to take in children that are anywhere from a week or two old, maybe a month, to children that are right up towards preschool. They may be three and a half or four years old whose mothers are working.
I'm going to give you the psychology. Mothers don't want to leave their kids.
In over a hundred mothers that I worked with, I've only met one that really liked her job better than her kids because her kids were a mess. So, you've got to understand this psychology to running a successful Daycare Center.
Number one: women don't want to leave their children there. Women feel guilty about leaving their children.
Women want to make sure that the people they are leaving their children with all day long are not only going to feed, clothe and diaper them but that they are also are going to be a good moral and parental influence; holding the child, talking and doing other kinds of activities.
I want to tell you right from the get-go. If you're a male and you're going to do this alone, you might as well go get a job at McDonald's.
No mother is going to turn her young children over to a male. It ain't going to happen.
Now if you have a female that basically owns this Daycare Center and a male that is a consultant, director or handling the finances; then mothers are gonna say, “that's okay she's a nice person and I think she'll make a good Daycare Provider”.
Don't try to be the main upfront person if you are a male and want to run a Daycare Center.
Get somebody up front who is young, cute, vivacious, and knows all about children and basically wants to run a Daycare Center. Hopefully it's a husband and wife, maybe it's not.
It can be very easily done with strangers when you know each other but you are both strangers to the business.
So the first thing I do is I advertise. I tell people from the very beginning that we are not the cheapest but that we are the best.
That way, if they answer the ad, they expect us to be a little bit higher in price than those in the surrounding areas.

Primeiro que tudo, as creches são usadas principalmente por mães relativamente novas. Vai levar as crianças que estão em qualquer lugar de uma semana ou duas de idade, talvez um mês, para as crianças que estão a ir em direção à pré-escola. Elas podem ter três anos e meio ou quatro anos de idade cujas mães estão a trabalhar.
Eu vou dar-lhe a psicologia. As mães não querem deixar os seus filhos.
Em mais de cem mães com quem trabalhei, eu só conheci uma que realmente gostava mais do trabalho dela do que dos seus filhos porque os filhos dela eram difíceis. Então, precisa de entender esta psicologia para administrar um Centro de Creches de sucesso.
Número um: as mulheres não querem lá deixar os seus filhos. As mulheres sentem-se culpadas por deixar os seus filhos. As mulheres querem ter a certeza de que as pessoas com quem elas estão a deixar os seus filhos todo o dia não só vão alimentar, vestir e mudar fraldas, mas também serão uma boa influência moral e dos pais; cuidar da criança, conversar e fazer outro tipo de atividades.
Eu quero dizer-lhe desde já, se é um homem e vai fazer isso sozinho, também pode conseguir um emprego no McDonald’s.
Nenhuma mãe vai transformar os seus filhos pequenos num homem. Isso não vai acontecer.
Agora, se tem uma mulher que possui, basicamente, esta creche e um homem que é consultor, diretor ou administra as finanças; então as mães vão dizer: "tudo bem, ela é uma boa pessoa e eu acho que ela vai ser uma boa educadora na creche".
Não tente ser a pessoa principal se for homem e quiser gerir uma creche.
Arranje alguém na frente que seja jovem, bonito, vivaz e que saiba tudo sobre crianças e que, basicamente, queira gerir uma creche. Espero que seja marido e mulher, talvez não seja.
Pode ser facilmente feito com estranhos quando você os conhece, mas ambos são pioneiros no negócio.
Então, a primeira coisa que faço é anunciar. Eu digo às pessoas desde o início que não somos os mais baratos, mas que somos os melhores.
Desta forma, se eles responderem ao anúncio, eles esperam que tenhamos um preço um pouco mais alto do que os das áreas vizinhas.
