Was kann ich als Mitarbeiter tun?
Nullpunktspannsysteme nutzen
Ich spanne meine Schraubstöcke immer selbst auf die Paletten, dadurch kann ich die perfekte Anordnung für jeden Auftrag selbst festlegen und bin nicht an starre Vorgaben gebunden.
Ich verwende generell nur Nullpunktspannsysteme, somit habe ich ein großes Potential für Mehrmaschinenbedienung.
Mehrfachspannungen realisieren
Ich spanne jeweils ein Werkstück mit einer Aufnahme auf die Palette, dadurch hat die Palette nicht so viel Gewicht und ich kann sie problemlos in die Maschine bewegen.
Ich spanne gleich mehrere Werkstücke auf einmal auf die Palette.
Dadurch verlängere ich die Maschinenlaufzeit und kann dadurch anderen Tätigkeiten nachgehen.

Čo môžem spraviť ako pracovník?
Používať upínacie systémy s nulovým bodom
Svoje zveráky vždy upnem sám na palety, môžem tak sám stanovovať perfektné usporiadanie pre každú zákazku a nie som viazaný na strohé predpisy.
Spravidla používam len upínacie systémy s nulovým bodom, mám tak veľký potenciál na obsluhu viacerých strojov.
Vykonávať viacnásobné upínania
Vždy upnem obrobok pomocou upínadla na paletu, paleta tak nemá veľkú váhu a môžem ju bez problémov posunúť k stroju.
Upnem hneď viacero obrobkov naraz na paletu.
Tak predĺžim dobu chodu stroja a môžem sa venovať iným činnostiam.
