The communication phase includes also the managing of the customers and the activity calendars.
The marketing will be covered by a wide spectrum of channels and medias: Sicilyheartphoto website, other touristic experience based online portals, social medias, flyers/posters, direct contacts, local promotional initiatives, free trials, customer centered marketing strategies, participation to events and fairs in Italy and abroad.

L’attività sarà collocata ad Ortigia, all’interno di un locale a destinazione commerciale dove sarà allestito lo studio fotografico secondo logiche di visual che garantiscano l’efficacia e la coerenza della comunicazione visiva aumentando il sell out di servizio e l’ingresso di visitatori.
L’ambiente, le luci, la mobilia, ma anche l’uso degli strumenti espositivi e la suddivisione degli spazi devono mettere a proprio agio il cliente favorendone la capacità di acquisto del servizio e delle opere esposte.
Le pareti fungeranno da spazio espositivo e la vetrina sarà dedicata alla comunicazione a forte livello ispirazionale del concetto di viaggio fotografico.
La localizzazione ad Ortigia è di estrema importanza in ordine a due fattori: la vicinanza ai flussi turistici e alle strutture affiliate e la vicinanza a molti dei luoghi oggetto dell’itinerario.
Infine, la localizzazione di una tale attività rafforza la vocazione culturale di un’isola che non può essere solo sede di iniziative meramente commerciali ma necessità di sviluppare e potenziare l’offerta di servizi mirati.

The location in Ortigia is of an extreme importance in terms of two factors: the proximity to the tourist flows and the affiliated structures and the proximity to many of the places covered by the itinerary.
Finally, the location of such an activity reinforces the cultural vocation of an island that can not only be the site of merely commercial initiatives but the need to develop and strengthen the range of targeted services.

After a year, I decided to live and study in Italy, and I moved in to Sicily. I live here since 2012. That’s because I am bilingual, I learnt how to speak in Italian and also in Sicilian here.
