Strony ustalają, że informacjami poufnymi są informacje dotyczące realizacji projektu opisanego w § 1 pkt 1, a w szczególności informacje dotyczące działalności handlowej, transakcji i spraw finansowych Stron niniejszej umowy. Co za tym idzie, za informacje poufne uznaje się wszelkie informacje techniczne, technologiczne, finansowe, organizacyjne lub inne informacje posiadające wartość gospodarczą zawarte w przekazanych dokumentach dotyczących: klienteli, oferty handlowej, kontrahentów, rynku, treści umów i projektów umów, regulaminów i ogólnych warunków umów, instrukcji, materiałów szkoleniowych, innych materiałów zawierających know-how, zapisów na nośnikach elektronicznych dotyczących ww. zagadnień.
2. Każda ze stron zobowiązuje się do traktowania wszystkich informacji ujawnionych przez drugą stronę, podczas negocjacji, o których mowa w § 1 pkt 1, jako informacji poufnych, stanowiących tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa, niezależnie od tego, czy są to informacje pisemne, ustne czy mające inną formę oraz bez potrzeby odrębnego oznaczania ich poufności.

§ 1
1. The Parties declare that they are conducting negotiations related to the .............................’s intention to acquire the Company under the name of XXX Sp. z o.o. or an organized part thereof.
2. Considering that the parties are conducting negotiations in the course of which certain confidential
information may be disclosed to the other party, the parties agree to enter into this agreement in order to
establish the principles for handling confidential information.
3. The parties commit themselves to mutual loyalty in the course of negotiations and undertake to respect
the law and good practices.

documents provided concerning: customers, commercial offers, contractors, the market, the content of contracts and draft contracts, statutes and general terms and conditions of contracts, instructions,
instructional materials, other materials containing know-how, records stored on electronic devices concerning the aforementioned matters shall be considered as confidential information.
2. Each party undertakes to treat all information disclosed by the other party in the course of negotiations referred to in § 1(1) as confidential information constituting the party’s trade secret, regardless of whether it is written, oral or other form of information, and without the need to mark its confidentiality separately.

My name is Mateusz Skok. I am a graduate of the English Philology BA study program at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and a graduate of the English Philology MA study program at the University of Warsaw.
I have been providing translation services for translation agencies and individual clients for over two years.
I am a translator working between Polish, English and Greek. My previous experience includes translations of legal documents, technical texts (military, logistics, automotive, construction), specifications, articles, press releases, marketing materials, etc.
In my daily work I work with SDL Trados Studio 2019. In addition, I offer verification, proofreading and editing of texts, as well as conversion of non-editable documents into editable formats (OCR).
