I am a published writer and Spanish to English translator with a certificate in translation from UC San Diego Extension and a B.A. in Spanish and Art History from NYU. I have lived abroad in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, and Madrid, which has allowed me to understand a wide range of dialectical and cultural differences in the Spanish language.
For the past two years, I have been focused on document translation, translating for a non-profit organization called Esperanza Immigration Rights Project. I also specialize in translations for the arts, culture, tourism, and education industries based on the years that I have worked as a language tutor, tour guide, and professional in the contemporary art world.
I offer translation, copywriting, editing, proofreading, and desktop publishing services with discounts for fuzzy matches and repetitions. I have experience using SDL Trados 2019 and have full licensing. My rates are flexible and vary according to the turnaround time and amount of specialization involved
