В частности, способ дает принципиальную возможность в одну стадию получать различные системы сложных оксидов с заданными параметрами, в том числе сырье для транспарентной керамики и выращивания монокристаллов (шпинель, иттрий алюминиевый гранат - YAG).
С помощью высокочастотной индукционной плазмы могут производиться высокодисперсные порошки некоторых металлов, а также оксиды, нитриды, карбиды и бориды. Например - TiN, AlN, ZrN, HfN, BN, TaN, NbN, Si3N4, TiC, B4C, WC, NbC, VC, TaC, Al2O3, MgO, Y2O3, SiO2. Высокодисперсные порошки нитридов и карбидов, полученные плазмохимическим способом, являются основой для создания функциональных керамик, которые находят широкое применение в электронике. Оксиды находят применение для получения мембран, прозрачной, полупрозрачной, изоляционной, износостойкой и термостойкой керамики, а также в качестве шихты для выращивания ряда оптических и лазерных монокристаллов. Высокодисперсные порошки применяются также в качестве наполнителей в разнообразных нанокомпозитных материалах с широким диапазоном свойств.
Индукционная плазменная технология также позволяет синтезировать разнообразные многокомпонентные субмикрокристаллические порошки с новыми структурными особенностями и свойствами. При этом для каждого нового материала нет необходимости существенно изменять конструкционную схему плазменной горелки.
Translation - English Induction plasma technology increases the efficiency of thermal treatment compared to other methods, such as furnace sintering, arc plasma etc., and allows making materials which are hard or even impossible to produce by other conventional methods. In particular, the method allows, in principle, making in one stage a variety of complex oxides with given parameters, including input materials for production of transparent ceramics and for growing single crystal (spinel, YAG and others).
By means of the high frequency induction plasma it is possible to produce superfine powders of some metals, as well as oxides, nitrides carbides and borides, for example, TiN, AlN, ZrN, HfN, BN, TaN, NbN, Si3N4, TiC, B4C, WC, NbC, VC, TaC, Al2O3, MgO, Y2O3, SiO2. Superfine powders of nitrides and carbides made by plasma-chemical method serve as a basis for making functional ceramics widely applied in electronics. Oxides are used for production of membranes, transparent, translucent, insulation, durable, heat resistant ceramics as well as a charge for growing a range of optical and laser single crystals. Superfine powders are also used as fillers in a variety of nano-composite materials with a wide diapason of properties.
Induction plasma technology allows also synthesizing various multicomponent sub-microcrystalline powders with new structural specifics and properties. At the same time there is no necessity to introduce considerable changes into the construction scheme of the plasma torch for production of each new material.

Source text - Russian При опухолях размером до 4 см области турецкого седла для их радикального удаления может быть использована минимально инвазивная модификация трансназально-транссфеноидального доступа, предполагающего напрямую трепанацию передней стенки пазухи клиновидной кости только на половину от традиционного широкого ее вскрытия. Обязательным условием для использования предложенного нами минимально травматичного доступа, как было установлено. является размер удаляемой опухоли до 4 см, а также определенный тип строения пазухи клиновидной кости - селлярный или преселлярный. Известно, что традиционно выделяют три типа строения пазухи клиновидной кости: селлярный, преселлярный, конхальный. Проведенные нами исследования показали, что достаточная воздушность пазухи, наблюдаемая при селлярном и преселлярном типах ее строения, и размер опухоли до 4 см позволяют в данной категории больных отказаться от транссептального принципа при выполнении трансназально-транссфеноидального доступа, который предполагает пересечения и резекцию носовой перегородки и широкое вскрытие пазухи клиновидной кости. Это позволяет существенно снизить травматичность вмешательства и послеоперационные “назальные” осложнения: носовые кровотечения, синехии, перфорации носовой перегородки, уменьшить инфекционные осложнения за счет сохранения целостности носовой перегородки и ее слизистой. Предложенный способ позволяет сохранить анатомические структуры носа.
Translation - English For radical removal of tumors up to 4 cm in size in the area of Turkish saddle (sella turcica) it is possible to use a minimally invasive modification of transnasal transsphenoidal access, such as the direct trepanation of the anterior wall of the sphenoid sinus made only by half the size of the conventionally used wide opening of the sphenoid bone. The proven prerequisites for application of this low traumatic method we propose are: the size of the tumor, which should not exceed 4 cm, and the structure of the sinus, which should be either sellar or presellar type. It is known that there are three conventional types of the sphenoid sinus structure: sellar, presellar and conchal. Our studies have revealed that when performing transnasal transsphenoidal access, there is a good chance to avoid the use of transseptal method that requires transsection and resection of nasal septum and wide opening of the sphenoid sinus bone in the category of patients with sufficient degree of pneumatization provided by the sellar or presellar sinuses and with the tumor size limited to 4 cm. By preserving the integrity of the nasal septum and its mucosa, the method offers less traumatizing consequences of intervention and lower rate of postoperative morbidity, such as nasal bleeding, synechia, perforation of the nasal septum, infectious complications. It also allows safeguarding the anatomical structure of the nose.

Source text - Russian УЗИ щитовидной железы и органов брюшной полости (от 31.07.09 г.)– Со стороны органов брюшной полости патологических изменений не выявлено. Щитовидная железа- деформирована и увеличена за счет многоузлового поражения. Максимальная толщина правой доли 25 мм, левой доли 28 мм, перешейка 12 мм, размеры узлов от 3 до 30 мм. Наибольший узел располагается в области основания левой доли размерами 30×17 мм. Узлы в основном гиперваскулярные, но выявляются также склеротические узлы гиповаскулярного характера. Отмечается грубое диффузное изменение железистого паренхимы с участками зон повышенной гидрофильности. Шейные лимфоузлы не увеличены. С 2003 г. по поводу гипофункции щитовидной железы больная получает заместительную терапию (L-Тироксин, 85 мг/сутки).

На макропрепарате– В молочной железе опухолевидное образование выявлено на нижне-внутреннем квадранте диаметром около 3 см. Выделены 15 увеличенных, похожих на МТС поражение лимфатических узла. Морфологическое исследование (от 13.08.09 г.) N 1649-64/09. В молочной железе инфильтрирующий протоковый рак (G II0). В 10-и л/узлах- метастаз опухоли не обнаружено. Гиперплазия, синусный гистиоцитоз, замещение жировыми клетками. В остальных 5 кусочках- жировая ткань. В обоих яичниках проллиферация тела ткани. В обеих трубах– аденоматозная пролиферация, стаз в сосудах.
Диагноз при выписке: С-г правой молочной железы (G II0), Т2N0М0
Translation - English Ultrasound of thyroid gland and abdominal cavity organs (performed 07/31/09)-No pathological changes revealed in the abdominal cavity. Thyroid gland is enlarged due to the multi-node affection. The maximum thickness of the right lobe is 25mm, of the left lobe -28mm and of the isthmus is 12mm. The size of the nodes is from 3 to 30mm. The largest node of 30/17mm is at the bottom of the left lobe. The nodes are mostly hyper-vascular, but there are also sclerotic nodes of hyper-vascular nature. A crude diffusional change of the parenchyma with increased hydrophilicity zones is observed. The neck lymph nodes are not swollen. Since 2003 the patient has been receiving substitution therapy for hypo-functioning thyroid nodule. (L-tiroksin, 85 mg per day)
Laboratory data.
General Blood test (performed 08/03/09). Hemoglobin 104,2 g/l (after operation 122 g/l), erythrocytes -3,4ml/mn3, coagulation (according to Sukharev)-3,5 min, trombocites-278,8 mm3, leucocytes-7000mm3, segment nucleus- 54%mm3, eosinophiles 3%mm3, lymphocytes -37% mm3, monocites-5%mm3, ESR-10mm/h.
Biochemical blood test (performed 08/03/09). Protein-75.1, bilirubin total-17.2 µmole/l, bilirubin direct 3.4 µmole/l, bilirubin serum-13,8 µmole/l , glucose -5,5 µmole/l ;creatin-79,6;AST-14,2; ALT-10,8; PT-13 seconds; INR-12; fibrinogen (according to Rutberg)-3,74; blood type AII, Rh. (+ ) positive.
CA 15.3, 11.1U/ml; CEA-0,8ng/ml
On 08/10/09 surgery (radical mastectomy of the right milk gland with preservation of large and small breast muscles) was performed on the patient. Oophorectomy was also performed. Both ovaries were removed. A tumor-like growth of about 3cm in diameter was discovered in the lower inner quadrant. 15 enlarged affected lymph nodes were singled out.
Morphological examination. Ductal infiltrating carcinoma with lobular invasion in the right milk gland (GII0). In the 10 lymphatic nodes no metastasis were revealed. Hyperplasia, sinus histiocytosis, substitution by fat cells. Fat tissue found in the other 5 lymph node samples. In both ovaries proliferation of the tissue body found. In both tubes adenomatous proliferation revealed. Stasis in the vessels. Diagnosis upon the patient’s release: cancer of the right milk gland. (GII0), Т2N0М0-

After graduation, I got a chance to advance my professional expertise in clinical
biochemistry at the Cardiology Center and the Center of Surgery in Moscow. Later
I got a job with the Scientific Research Center of Surgery in Yerevan. When the
USSR collapsed, many scientific institutions in Armenia were dismissed due to
the lack of financing, including the one I had worked at. Thus, I decided to
take up a new career of the translator, which had always attracted me. After finishing
private courses of English language and Business Administration at Haigazian
Colege in Yerevan, I started working as a translator providing new businesses
with linguistic support and assistance in business communications. Since then I
have worked at different institutions and companies I list in my brief
CV. Owing to my versatility, diligence and accuracy, I managed to advance my
professional skills and made my career with local and international institutions.
Now I have made a decision to join the
international team of freelance translators to have more freedom to travel and work
at the same time. This work gives me a chance to visit my family, my children
and grandchildren who live in different parts of the world. I am very positive
