3.1 at any time if Owner gives Contractor thirty (30) days of notice in writing of his intention to terminate the agreement.
3.2. upon completion of the term of this agreement.
4. Contractor agrees to carry out the Work according to the provisions of the UK Construction Act 1996 and of Council Directive 83/477/EEC of 19 September 1983 (as amended by Directive 91/382/EEC) on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to asbestos at work, including, without limitation, those provisions regarding the concentration of crociodolite fibers in the air at the place of work.

3.1. A partir do momento que o Dono comunica por escrito ao Empreiteiro, mediante aviso prévio de trinta (30) dias, a sua intenção de fazer cessar o contrato.
3.2. No final do prazo deste contrato.
