[Product name]® is a medical device that was developed as a replacement for whole adipose tissue in cell assisted lipotransfer (CAL) procedures by recreating many aspects of the adipose tissue extracellular matrix . [Product name]’s hydrogel polymer network provides the requisite amino acid sequences for adipose stromal vascular cell attachment and supports proliferation, localization, and adipogenic differentiation. Once implanted, [Product name]® provides a 3-dimensional matrix with pliability comparable to that of native adipose tissue, restoring texture in the short term while promoting soft
tissue regeneration in the long term.
An important attribute of the [Product name]® hydrogel is its high water content > 98%. As a result, the hydrogel is highly permeable to oxygen, nutrients and other water-soluble metabolites. [Product name]® mimics the extracellular matrix (ECM) and the individual components of the hydrogel can be cross-linked in situ, thereby allowing the seeding of cells prior to injection in vivo without compromising either the cells or the recipient tissues.
During the early development of [Product name]®, alternatives to the [Product name] hydrogel as a cell delivery vehicle were considered. With the long history of safe and effective use of injectable HA based dermal fillers, these materials were obvious candidates. Upon careful consideration however, existing dermal fillers as currently formulated do not possess the necessary properties to function effectively as cell delivery matrices. As these materials are already gelled or cross-linked, there is no practical way to obtain a uniform cell suspension. Even if achievable, the shear forces created when expressing such a viscous gel-cell mixture through a cannula would adversely affect in vivo cell viability. The ability to mix cells with [Product name]® during the pre-gel phase, deliver the cell/hydrogel mixture through a cannula, and have the subsequent gelation occur in situ without compromising the cells or the recipient tissue is a key element of the design criteria. In addition, currently available dermal fillers do not contain the requisite physical and chemical structure for cell attachment and proliferation. For these reasons, the currently marketed dermal fillers cannot be considered viable alternatives to [Product name]® as a cell delivery matrix.

3) Questionnaires de satisfaction

4) Description de la chirurgie
La chirurgie sera réalisée selon l’une des méthodes acceptées en chirurgie d’augmentation mammaire. Le chirurgien vous expliquera la méthode qu’il compte utiliser pour introduire l’implant, l’emplacement de l’incision, la méthode d’anesthésie et la période de convalescence postopératoire.
Après la chirurgie, votre médecin vous donnera une fiche contenant les détails de l’implant. Il est très important que vous preniez soin de cette fiche pour le suivi ultérieur.
RISQUES, COMPLICATIONS ET INCONFORTS POTENTIELS :
Les effets secondaires après l’opération primaire peuvent comprendre des douleurs, un inconfort, une érection permanente du mamelon et des changements dans les sensations du mamelon. Des cicatrices dans la région de l’incision existeront toujours. La forme des cicatrices dépend de votre type de peau et de ses propriétés de guérison. The screening process may include a referral to other physicians to perform tests and/or laboratory tests, etc. During the preoperative visit one of the study team will take some photographs of you and you will undergo a physical examination and be asked to provide information about your medical history as well as lifestyle habits.
2) Follow-Up Visits
During the first three years after operation, you will be asked to come for six follow-up visits scheduled as follows: 10 days, three months, six months, one year, two years and three years after surgery. During these visits, the Investigator will check the condition of the breast and implant, ask about symptoms related to your recovery, measure and photograph your chest for comparison with the pre-operative state, ask about concomitant medicines, perform pregnancy tests (if relevant) and ask you to feel a satisfaction questionnaire. Ultrasound will be performed at one and three years’ post-surgery. Additional follow-up visits may take place up to 5 years after operation. Completion of all follow-up visits is very important for an understanding of the implications of the use of lightweight implants.

3) Satisfaction Questionnaires
During the first visit and follow-up visits, you will be asked to fill out a satisfaction questionnaire designed to assess your satisfaction with your body and the implants. These questionnaires are very important for the comparison of your self-image before and after surgery.
4) Description of the Surgery

POTENTIAL RISKS, COMPLICATIONS, AND DISCOMFORTS:
The side effects after primary operation may include pain, discomfort, permanent nipple erection and nipple sensation changes. Scars in the area of the cut will always exist. The form of the scars depend on your skin type and its healing properties. In some cases, colloidal scars may develop.
Possible complications originating from the operation may include bleeding, infection and asymmetry of the breasts, as well as the possibility of complications related to the prosthesis including a leak or rupture of the shell and extraction or rejection of the implant which would require to have it surgically removed, hardening of the prosthesis capsule and shrinkage (capsular contraction) resulting in discomfort pain and breast shape/nipple distortion including the need to remove the implant.

Распределение
Парацетамол быстро распределяется по всем тканям. В крови, слюне и плазме наблюдаются сравнимые уровни концентрации. Уровень связывания с белками плазмы крови невысок.
Биотрансформация
Парацетамол подвергается метаболизму преимущественно в печени. Двумя основными путями метаболизма являются конъюгация с глюкуроновой кислотой и конъюгация с сульфатами. Последний путь быстро утрачивает эффективность при приеме в дозах, превышающих терапевтические. Третий, второстепенный путь, заключается в реакции, катализируемой цитохромом Р450, с образованием активного промежуточного метаболита (N-ацетил-бензоиминохинона), который при нормальных условиях применения быстро инактивируется глутатионом, подвергается связыванию при участии меркаптопурина и цистеина и выводится с мочой. При этом при сильной интоксикации наблюдается повышенное количество этого токсичного метаболита.
Выведение
Выведение проходит преимущественно с мочой. 90% принятой дозы выводится почками в течение 24 часов в виде конъюгатов с глюкуроновой кислотой (60-80%) и сульфатами (20-30%). Менее 5% выводится в неизмененной форме. Период полувыведения составляет около 2 часов.

Distribution
Paracetamol is distributed rapidly throughout all tissues. Similar concentrations are observed in blood, saliva and serum. Plasma protein binding is low.
Biotransformation
Metabolic biotransformation of paracetamol predominantly proceeds through the liver. The two main pathways of metabolism are glucuronide and sulfate conjugation. The latter metabolic pathway rapidly loses effectiveness when the drug is administered at higher-than-therapeutic doses. A third, secondary pathway is P450-catalyzed reaction with the formation of an active intermediate metabolite (N Acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine, NAPQI), which under normal conditions is rapidly inactivated by glutathione, subject to binding with the help of mercaptopurine and cysteine, and excreted through urine. Additionally, in cases of severe intoxication, higher levels of this toxic metabolite are observed.
Excretion
Excretion occurs primarily in urine. 90% of the administered dose is excreted through the kidneys within 24 hours as conjugates with glucuronic acid (60 to 80%) and sulfate (20 to 30%). Less than 5% is excreted unchanged. The plasma half-life is approximately 2 hours.

6.1. За неисполнение и/или ненадлежащее исполнение своих обязательств, в том числе за неправомерные действия своих сотрудников, Стороны несут ответственность, предусмотренную законодательством РФ и настоящим Договором.
6.2. В случае если неисполнение и/или ненадлежащее исполнение Стороной (или ее сотрудниками) обязательств такой Стороны по настоящему Договору повлекло для другой Стороны возникновение убытков, виновная Сторона обязана в полном объеме возместить потерпевшей Стороне понесенные такой Стороной реальные убытки. При этом размер понесенных убытков должен быть подтвержден документально.
6.3. Общество несет ответственность за несвоевременную передачу в Банк информации, предусмотренной настоящим Договором, в размере 0,1 (Ноль целых одна десятая) процента от суммы вознаграждения за каждое несвоевременно переданное сообщение за каждый день просрочки.
6.4. В случае нарушения Банком сроков выплаты вознаграждения (п. 5.3. настоящего Договора), Банк выплачивает Обществу неустойку в размере 0,1 (Ноль целых одна десятая) процента от суммы неплатежа за каждый день просрочки.
6.5. Общество несет ответственность за полноту и достоверность сведений, передаваемых Обществом в адрес Банка в соответствии с условиями настоящего Договора. В случае выявления недостоверных сведений, Общество компенсирует Банку все убытки, понесенные последним в связи с использованием таких недостоверных сведений.
6.6. Уплата неустоек (п.п. 6.3. и 6.4. настоящего Договора) не освобождает Стороны от исполнения обязательств в натуре.
7. Порядок разрешения споров
7.1. Все споры, возникающие между Сторонами в ходе исполнения настоящего Договора и/или вытекающие из него, подлежат разрешению Сторонами путем переговоров.
7.2. В случае невозможности мирного урегулирования спора путем переговоров между Сторонами, люба из Сторон вправе передать такой спор на рассмотрение в Арбитражный суд г. Москвы в установленном действующим законодательством РФ порядке.
7.3. Во всем, что не предусмотрено настоящим Договором, Стороны руководствуются действующим законодательством РФ.
8. Конфиденциальность и безопасность
8.1. Стороны обязуются принимать все необходимые меры по обеспечению безопасности и защиты информации и документов, обмен которыми осуществляется в ходе исполнения настоящего Договора или которые доступны Сторонам в связи с исполнением настоящего Договора.
8.2. Стороны обязаны самостоятельно принимать все необходимые меры по сохранению конфиденциальности, предотвращению несанкционированного использования и защите аутентификационных данных, ставших известными Сторонами в связи с исполнением настоящего Договора и/или полученных от другой Стороны в ходе исполнения настоящего Договора, от несанкционированного доступа со стороны третьих лиц.
8.3. Стороны обязуются соблюдать конфиденциальность в отношении не являющихся общедоступными сведений, ставших известными Стороне в связи с исполнением Договора (в том числе условия договора, авторизационные реквизиты, сведения о Пользователях, данные отчетов), за исключением случаев, когда:
такая информация является общедоступной;
раскрыта по требованию или с разрешения другой Стороны;
подлежит предоставлению третьим лицам в объеме, необходимом для исполнения условий настоящего Договора;
требует раскрытия по основаниям, предусмотренным законодательством РФ, или при поступлении соответствующих запросов суда или уполномоченных государственных органов;
в иных случаях, предусмотренных соглашением Сторон.
8.4. Стороны принимают на себя обязательства:
не осуществлять посредством полученной информации/данных платежного сервиса незаконные финансовые операции, незаконную торговлю, операции по легализации доходов, полученных преступным путем, и любые другие операции в нарушение законодательства Российской Федерации.
предотвращать попытки незаконной торговли, незаконных финансовых операций, операций направленных на легализацию (отмывание) доходов, полученных преступным путем.
8.5. Банк оставляет за собой право отказать Обществу в технической возможности осуществлять передачу данных о принятых Платежах, с указанием причины отказа, в том числе в случае возникновения обоснованных сомнений в правомерности действий Общества. При этом Банк вправе требовать предоставления дополнительной информации, подтверждающей правомерность таких действий Общества.
Translation - English 6. Responsibilities of the Parties
6.1. The Parties shall bear responsibility, as provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation and by this Agreement, for any failure to execute and/or inadequate execution of their obligations, including for any wrongful acts committed by their employees.
6.2. In the event that a Party’s failure (or failure by a Party’s employees) to execute, and/or inadequate execution of, its obligations under this Agreement causes loss or damages to the other Party, the Party at fault shall be obliged to compensate the injured Party in full for the effective loss or damages incurred by the injured Party. The amount of loss or damages incurred by the injured Party must, in such cases, be supported by documented evidence.
6.3. The Corporation shall bear responsibility for any delay in transmitting the data described by this Agreement to the Bank according to an amount of 0.1 (one-tenth) of a percent of the compensation amount per late transmission item and per additional day.
6.4. In the event that the Bank fails to comply with the deadline for paying compensation (para. 5.3. of this Agreement), the Bank shall pay to the Corporation a late fee in the amount of 0.1 (one-tenth) of a percent of the unpaid compensation amount per additional day.
6.5. The Corporation shall be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data transmitted by it to the Bank under the terms of this Agreement. In the event that any data is found to be inaccurate, the Corporation shall pay compensation to the Bank for all losses and damages incurred by the latter as a result of using said inaccurate data.
6.6. The payment of late fees (paras. 6.3. and 6.4. of this Agreement) shall not release the Parties from executing their actual obligations.
7. Settlement of Disputes
7.1. Any disputes emerging between the Parties during the execution of this Agreement and/or resulting from it shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiation.
7.2. In the event that an amicable resolution of the dispute through negotiation is impossible, each Party may submit the dispute to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow in accordance with the procedures established by current Russian Federation laws.
7.3. In all matters not foreseen by this Agreement, the Parties shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Confidentiality and Security
8.1. The Parties agree to take all necessary steps to ensure the security and protection of the information and documents exchanged during the execution of this Agreement or made accessible to them as a result of executing this Agreement.
8.2. The Parties shall each independently take all necessary steps to maintain data confidentiality, prevent unauthorized data use, and protect any authenticated data which may come to their knowledge as a result of executing this Agreement and/or which they may receive from the other Party during the execution of this Agreement against unauthorized access by third parties.
8.3. The Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any information that is not publicly accessible and which may become known to a Party as a result of executing this Agreement (including the terms and conditions of any agreement, required authorization data, User information, report data), except if such information:
is publicly accessible;
is released according to a request or permission by the other Party;
is subject to release to third parties in an amount sufficient for the execution of the terms of this Agreement;
requires release for reasons provided by the laws of the Russian Federation, or upon an order issued by a Court or by the State authorities;
In all other cases agreed upon between the Parties.
8.4. The Parties shall:
Not use any information/data they receive about the payment service for the purpose of performing illegal financial transactions, engaging in illegal trade, legalizing income received through criminal means, or conducting any other operations in violation of the laws of the Russian Federation.
Prevent any attempts to perform illegal trade, illegal financial transactions, or transactions aimed at legalizing income received through criminal means (money-laundering).
8.5. The Bank shall reserve the right to refuse the Corporation the technical possibility of transferring data on accepted Payments, indicating the reason for such refusal, including in the event of a motivated doubt concerning the legitimacy of the Corporation’s actions. The Bank shall, in such cases, be entitled to require additional information in order to confirm the legitimacy of such actions by the Corporation.
