The draft will be sent in a .pdf version and .doc with password-protected change tracking system.
If necessary, the negotiation of the draft can be intermediated by the Commercial Department or it can be done directly by the Legal Department.
In both cases, the deadline for the Legal Department to respond to each round of comments on the draft should be up to 5 working days.
All changes to the draft will be indicated with the number of the updated version.
In order to preserve the integrity of the document, the definitive version of the Agreement will be the one indicated as such by the Legal Department to the negotiation leader.
The negotiation leader will be responsible for collecting the signature from the counterpart's side and then the Legal Department will be responsible for collecting the signature from the Company`s side and sending the signed copy back to the negotiation leader, who will deliver it to the counterpart.
The Company is in the process of obtaining an electronic signature.
IV. Follow-up
The Commercial Department will be responsible for all communications with B-Appli in order to include the Agreement parameters in the system.
Any changes in the terms of the Agreement must be reported to the Legal Department so that the corresponding addendum can be entered, if necessary.
V. Early Termination
The Legal Department will keep internal control of the Agreement`s ordinary termination.
In the event of early termination of the Agreement, the Commercial Department should inform immediately the Legal Department so that it can check whether there are preventive or repressive measures to be taken, and it can maintain control of the active agreements.

Cuando surgieron las primeras consultas de halitosis, ya se esperaba que los pacientes experimentasen sentimientos de vergüenza o turbación, pues la sociedad todavía relaciona el mal aliento con una mala higiene. No obstante, los afectados han verificado que la halitosis tiene efectos profundos en la autoestima y autoconfianza, siendo un desencadenante de ansiedad y de estrés continuados (3). En los últimos años, los relatos esporádicos de estos pacientes han dado lugar a estudios a nivel mundial. Uno de ellos, realizado en Hungría en 2006, obtuvo resultados alarmantes: la halitosis suponía el trastorno bucal con el impacto más negativo en la calidad de vida de una persona. Se demostró que este efecto supera al causado por otros problemas de salud oral, como podrían ser la ausencia de dientes, la utilización de prótesis removibles (dentaduras), la existencia de dolor según la articulación temporomandibular o la persistente sensación de ardor bucal, entre otros (13). Pero, en el caso de la halitosis, no son las dimensiones física y biológica (como la limitación funcional, la incapacidad física o el dolor) las causantes de este marcado impacto, sino la dimensión psicosocial (7).
